Search & visualize ontology subsets

New feature description. It would be helpful to have built-in OLS functionality for querying and browsing with ontology subsets.

Use cases If a user's research focuses on human cells, it would be useful to query and browse only the human subset of the cell ontology instead of the entire ontology.

Describe the solution you'd like \1) being able to search an ontology subset using OLS, and 2) being able to visualize the ontology tree with classes that are within the subset differentiated from classes that are not within the subset (e.g., different colors, bolding, underlining).
