Oh I see -- all the IS related changes aren't moving all the old files around. It looks like mainly just code styling changes (prolly due to the tool you used?).

Yeah, the IS changes happened because I had inline code that was converted to markdown with single backticks, and we prefer the bold styling. I did a global search to replace that, and found a couple IS places too. My assumption is that those were not originally using backticks intentionally.
