[BUG] Apps are not automatically updated when "Auto update apps" is enabled but "Notify for updates" is not

Describe the bug Apps are not automatically updated when "Auto update apps" is enabled but "Notify for updates" is not. Updates should be installed even when option "Notify for updates" is not enabled.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select shizuku as Installer.
2. Enable "Auto update apps"
3. Do not enable "Notify for updates"
4. Wait for app updates
5. Droid-ify will update repositores, but not apps

Expected behavior Apps should automatically update when "Auto update apps" is enabled but "Notify for updates" is not.

I have the same experience, auto update does not work when Notify for updates is disabled :(

Also, the red Require Background Access banner is always shown when toggling those settings, regardless of whether background access has already been granted or not. Made me double check every time.
