Twistlock 'volume-upgrade-job' requires some capabilities

The 'volume-upgrade-job' container(s) violate the 'require-drop-all-capabilities'. Are there plans to include capabilities in 'restrict-capabilities' or to exclude it in 'require-drop-all-capabilities'?
