Create guide to query db for typical users issues

A technical description about typical problems and their solution with the queries trhough the data-base of fastBTC network. If we need to get an individual access to run queries, this guide decribes how to do it.

Due that this implied the exposure of the key for access one of our private servers, the team of @jamiemadrox779 created a user interface (ONLY FOR SOVRYN DEVS and Community Managers) to allow our teams to verify the consistency of the data provided by users.

The URL link for this tool will be shared in one of our private discord channels.

The most common reason for complaint of users with fastBTC service is that they don't know which of their RSK addresses received the payment.

So, this tool, that is completely attributed to the work & dedication of Circle of Shadow, solves the problem this task was intended to in the first place.
