Rebuild css

I think dripr should use a framework, it is easier to make it mobile frienldy and there's not a mess. I think I will try bulma.io but it is huge, I will see if I can slim it down This would solve #4

Looks like bulma.io is not ready yet, I'm trying to implement elemental-ui.com which is react ready as well.

It is now using elemental-ui.com but css is till a bit of a mess
