Change Name of Repo

This repo should not be made exclusive to KSS.

  • [ ] Change Repo name and all sub files headings.
  • [x] Update main Readme to reflect less school focused repo.
  • [x] Add community files like Contributing ~~Make Dev branch so students can use master~~
  • [x] Add formatting and syntax

Making of logo is being outsourced and waiting for someone to take. Also making into a new issue for time being.

Formatting needs to include more HRs to break it up and anything else.

@DerekCresswell Speak to Kramer, Perhaps this can shift the repo into containing the GR 12 material as well.
Names : "IntroGameDev" "KSSGameDesign" "GameDesignKSS" etc

If so, have a file on the main part called GR12, don't think all the GR11 should be moved into another folder would ruin the history of the repo.

Kramer has decreed "KSSVideoGameDevelopment" should be the new name.
Little lengthy in my opinion. I also don't like this being KSS exclusive. Made a poll from students for names. "VideoGameDevelopment" might win out.
