初次配置smartdns,我以为默认的逻辑类似adblock呢，优先白名单，再黑名单。 因此，同一个server 同时配置了 -blacklist-ip -whitelist-ip，总是返回SERVFAIL。（blacklist和whitelist都是空的，我还没配置）。 此外，我对rr-ttl rr-ttl-min 这两个参数也有些困惑，是得到的ttl小于rr-ttl-min时，就会重写ttl为rr-ttl 吗？
