Enable: Change status of finding

As Owner, maintainer, or writer I would like to be able to change the status of each finding without entering (editing) particular finding. Currently, there are two options to do it:

• bulk edit, from that view it doesn't provide enough information for the reviewer
• edit individual finding, must enter (edit mode) individual finding, scroll down and check/uncheck checkboxes.

So idea is to implement the same functionalities and submenu as is in the proposed picture.
