feat: Implement Fixed Column Scroll for Improved User Experience

My Finding :

I have been using good-first-issue and noticed that when I scroll through the website, the entire page, including About section, scrolls together. This makes it challenging to change the Coding Language with one of the columns while navigating through the content.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to https://goodfirstissue.dev/.
2. Scroll down a lengthy page containing both columns.
3. Attempt to interact with the content on the left column.

Expected Behavior:

The left column should remain fixed in its position on the screen while scrolling through the right column and the rest of the page. Users should be able to interact with the content in the left column seamlessly.

Actual Behavior: Currently, both columns scroll together, making it challenging to use the left column effectively.
