Scroll speed not following devicePixelRatio in hidpi screen

When set monitor scaling to 2x, I need to set speed to 0.95, in order to match speed of 1.9 on 1x. Dividing the scroll speed by window.devicePixelRatio will solve the problem. Hope this can be implemented to the plugin by default.
