How to set up movement (locomotion)?

I would love to add movement (locomotion) to the available demo, so that I can walk around.

I watched the available YouTube tutorials and I tried to follow this guide:

But I think the current demo version is a little different now. It doesn't have the same things as in the tutorial etc.

Can you please advise or help on how to add locomotion to the setup?
