Add to daylily-create, a pinned version of a release of the repo to clone

So that when this is run, it is not blindly pulling head. Consider a reclone script from the core ~/projects/ repo created on the headnode, whicih could wrap the git clone to the pinned version & potentially build the analysis directories (and.... issue an analysis UID? hmm)
