Test mounting of sample data via rclone mount

Explore using rclone to mount /sample_data with which is an s3 bucket (or any remote really) that containst the sample data and manifest for analysis. This can be dynamicaly set during cluster creation, and processing can begin immediately upon cluster start if the appropriate data is present.
