Add support for Google Cloud Composer authentication

The same Airflow API used by the Airflow agent can be used to retrieve events from Google Cloud Composer. However, the latter does not support basic authentication. It needs a different authenticator to be implemented: https://cloud.google.com/composer/docs/access-airflow-api.
