• [x] having a healthcheck command in extproc that returns the dd-trace-go version @e-n-0
• [x] connect the healthcheck response to get the lib version @cbeauchesne
• [x] ability to check dev/prod @cbeauchesne
• [ ] fix everything : both of us

Workflow

   • Test logic is modified? -> Get a review from RFC owner. We're working on refining the codeowners file quickly.
   • Framework is modified, or non obvious usage of it -> get a review from R&P team
