[parametric] Add test for remapping the OTel API http.response.status_code span attribute

Motivation

We are adding a new behavior in the OTel Tracing API to remap the span attribute http.response.status_code to DD tag http.status_code to solve a trace metrics issue. This test asserts the tracers implement the expected behavior.

Changes

Adds one parametric test in the OTel Span Methods test file that covers this scenario

Workflow
