[CWS] Swith to 128bits for the traceID and prepare the span switch as well

What Does This Do

It switches used span/trace IDs to 128 bits. Today only the traceID is 128b, span is still passed as 64b through context propagation API (but I've prepared the switch as well).

Motivation

Be compliant with the new tracer
