Is there an OS installed, and perhaps it can boot into OS?

Any idea what options could have been changed? There is an option to disable serial - perhaps you have just done that: https://docs.dasharo.com/dasharo-menu-docs/dasharo-system-features/#serial-port-configuration ?

Do you have ability to backup the firmware externally? This way, we could see what settings you have selected, and what could have posed such a problem.
