[BUG] NumberedList are not exported to markdown correctly

Has this bug been raised before?

Description

Instead of exporting it with the correct markdown syntax for a numbered list, it's being exported as an unordered (bullet) list. I've attached a screenshot below where I tested it in the Markdown export playground.
