[BUG] Video and file plugins are not hidden in view mode

Description

Video plugin is not hidden in view mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add video or file plugin to document structure
2. Switch mode to view only mode
3. Video selection is not lost in view mode and is available for clicking and then selecting a file or entering a link
