Enhancement : S3 : Allow for endpoint url to be passed (for s3 interface endpoints)

Would it be possible to allow for a endpoint url to be passed as a config value/node property so a s3 interface endpoint can be provided to allow for s3 comms across a site to site vpn connection. This is to ensure traffic only crosses the amazon network instead of going over the Internet.
