Add support for tipa for the tex command so phonetic letters can be used.

Phonetics is technically outside the scope of the bot, but I'm considering addressing this anyway if there's none or limited other discord bots available for this purpose.

I've never used tipa before though. Would adding \usepackage[safe]{tipa} to the preamble be sufficient for your use case?

you don't, adding packages in the preamble just gives access to the commands defined in that library
