Pokémon crashing all the time
I'm playing Pokémon HeartGold and all the time every x amount of doors I go through I get this:
If your ROM is hacked/randomized, you need to AP-patch the ROM using DS-Scene ROM Tool, and then apply the ROM hack or randomizer to the AP-patched ROM.
@RocketRobz i keep having the same issue, my pokemon heartgold rom is not hacked/randomized. Do i have to AP patch it as well?

No, you shouldn't need to. Where is the game being run from? The DSi/3DS SD card, or a flashcard?

If you've installed the cheat database, try turning off cheats by opening the cheat menu and then pressing L to disable all cheats, then save, and re-launch the game. Otherwise, if you don't have the cheat database installed, then something is wrong with either your SD card or the slot.
