Little Red Riding Hood's Zombie BBQ doesn't resume on DSi XL when launching it at 133mhz

Version used: TWiLight Menu++ v25.6.0 & nds-bootstrap v0.67.0

**Expected Behavior:**When opening the DSi XL to resume a play session, the top and bottom screens should return to function as well as the sound.

**Actual Behavior:**When opening the DSi XL to resume a play session, the top and bottom screens remain black and there is no sound.

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Little Red Riding Hood's Zombie BBQ rom
2. Press Y and change ARM9 CPU Speed to 133mhz (TWL)
3. Back out of menu and launch game
4. Wait for game to load, and close DSi XL
5. Open DSi XL to a seemingly still asleep system

If you have a Super Mario 64 DS ROM, can you check if the same issue occurs there? Because that bug is known to be fixed in SM64DS.

I just tested on Super Mario 64 DS rom (rev 1), and it's working properly.
