Spinals Diagnose does not open

Base Console: Nintendo DSi (1.4.5U)

TWiLight Menu++ Version: 27.3.3

Expected behavior

Should launch it

Actual behavior

Stuck on the white screen with no sound

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open TWilight Menu++
  2. Go to the directory where "nds" is here
  3. Open the ROM

### Notes

Fix nds-bootstrap to boot into the ROM

Yes! (And it works on unlaunch.)

This ROM is a homebrew. (I have putted the ZIP file. So you should select DiagnoSe.nds)
