`setbufsize` bitness

We must compile both 32-bit and 64-bit setbufsize.so, so that x86-on-x64 runtimes unbuffer properly.

We can consider using -m32 in setup.py, but this is likely to fail unless x86 toolchain is installed.

Another possibility is to use the manylinux1 approach and build setbufsize.so binaries on CentOS 5.
