Suggestion for safer options

Hi,

Please see the attached patch as a suggestion for making the use of the ECTool.efi reflash tool a little safer. Safer only in the sense that it will only flash if you are really sure you want to. Accidentally leaving any options out will result in no flash being attempted. If one types "ECTool.efi reflash filename" it now exits without flashing, until you add some more specifics. e.g. "ECTool.efi reflash --rw --yes filename"
