API Documentation not running

Describe the bug The API documentation doesn't appear at the expected URL navigator.oceansdata.ca/documentation

To Reproduce Try the link

Expected behavior The documentation page should be displayed

Additional context I think it just hasn't been set up in the new container

Yes, that's the right link However, you will need to route it run it through the navigator.oceansdata.ca address to prevent cross origin policy problems
