No "All Items Selected" or other custom text badge when all the items in the drop-down are selected

There is no specific custom setting to show badge like "ALL ITEMS SELECTED" when all the items in the drop-down list are selected. Currently, it's pretty much showing all the items in the drop-down list. For example: if there's 100 items in the list, it's going to show 100 badges instead, unless you use the badgeLimit setting. The specific custom badge for "ALL ITEMS SELECTED" will be helpful when the page loads with all the items are selected in default. It will be even more convenient if user can change the text of the badge as well. For example, "ALL DEVICES", "ALL COUNTRIES" etc.
