The integration and release maintenance of pg_cron, pgmq and vectorscale extensions.

Use Case

They are community adopted extensions. (ex. supabase)

Desired Behavior

Built-in support for this extensions or publish docs about modify the Crunchy base image for installing extensions and deploying with PGO.

@academiaresf please note the pg_cron extension is currently supported by CPK, as shown in the extensions section of the Components and Compatibility page.
