Updated .gitignore to exclude .cursor/rules/*.local.mdc files

This prevents accidental commits of local cursor rules, allowing safe experimentation and customization. We can now create custom rule files (e.g., custom.local.mdc) without worrying about them being committed.

I'm testing a couple of rules to better fit our workflow and will add them soon ✌🏻
