What tool do you want? A certificate signing request generator

Describe the solution you'd like I think the tools name speaks for itself...a generator for signing requests like the openssl bash command.

Is their example of this tool in the wild? something like this https://www.digicert.com/easy-csr/openssl.htm

Additional context Like in the example a GUI to provide any nescessary information for the CSR and in the end an output file to save or a text to copy and save by myself

to expand on this, https://decoder.link run by namecheap has a bunch of different SSL tools that would be handy if self-hosted.
