Describe the solution you'd like I would like the ability to bind a mount point via docker to a config file which would allow changing some settings. Examples would be: Persistent favorites without cookies (favorites to be defined in an array in the config file,) force all trees to be collapsed upon loading, themes would be cool too but not a big deal.

my use case: I've added this as a docker container for developers in my company. the goal is too set our RnD favorites (ones that are relevant to our application or things we actually work with) instead of having the massive list of tools (which are all great but are not used as much as 7-9 things)

So a consistent config with favorites would be great. Also, having some sort of customization would be great. like having a custom markdown message as a welcome for example, hiding certain tools, settings specific defaults (for example, what checkboxes should be set in the regex tool, etc). maybe even changing some css by injecting custom styling?

I can try and help implement some of this if you guys need help
