is possible fix the game speed issue on 10fps? because it run 100% speed on lower fps (5 - 10fps)

10fps sounds really low - I would guess that it's not going to be possible to improve the situation easily there.

No response in over half a year, and like I said, this does sound unfeasible, 10 FPS is way low.
