Patch causes screen glitches

These glitches show up most of the time while playing the game, regardless of game resolution or fullscreen/windowed/borderless mode. They started ever since i've changed the FOV settings.
Those artifacts look so odd I wouldn't be 100% sure on them being caused by the game or the patch, especially if they started with the FOV settings change. Did you update your GPU drivers recently?
No, I haven't. These glitches never showed up on original game, patch also didn't show these until i changed FOV settings, since then it's been like this almost every cutscene.
Even after you reset settings back to defaults by deleting SilentPatchCMR3.ini?

That is almost unbelieveable - can you try changing the FOV settings etc. again to check if you can nail it down to a specific option?

What FOV is that exactly? Is this with OBS/streaming software running? Do they also appear in fullscreen? What's your GPU?
- 85 outside, 105 inside
- It happens both with it running and without it
- They stopped showing up in fullscreen but they show up in windowed mode on 1400x1050x16 (i play that to see twitch chat, livesplit and nohboard for OBS)
- My GPU is Nvidia MX250 for laptops

Why would you cripple yourself with a 16-bit resolution?

I cannot reproduce the issue with the same settings, it's likely that it's related to the mobile GPU but at the moment I don't know what else to look for.
What if i sent the list of all the settings i have set in the game? Maybe that would help?

No harm in doing so, sure - maybe it's a very specific combination of those causing the issue.
