Crash on Finding Johnny Vincent mission

I didn't get a single crash anymore after i use this patch. But suddenly in this mission i keep on crashing while doing the mission. please help me.

Despite the fixes I prepared, crashes still happen for different people in different places and as of now I have not figured out a reliable way to reproduce those on my own. Without a crashdump all I can suggest is ensuring that you are not using any compatibility modes with the game.
