Service Cutter input mapping: map operations to nanoentities

CML to Service Cutter input model mapping:

Currently we create nanoentities for CML attributes. According to the Service Cutter paper, operations can be mapped to nanoentities as well. With this issue we should enhance the model converter to create nanoentities for CML operations as well.
