[BUG] Can not seem to fix visual bug when starting

Bug description

Every time i'm hovering over 'world' 'edit' 'help' etc it just messes the entire client up where everything gets disorted and on top of each other. https://gyazo.com/66b363dec42cec5c14f8bce82d21760e (screenshot of what it does)

The current behavior

When hovering over the buttons they get overlapsed with each other making it impossible to work with

The expected behavior

Just a fix where the buttons dont get overlapsed otherwise i have no other issue that i can see right now.

This is pretty unusual - can you tell us what OS and what version of Java you're using? (And desktop environment if applicable)

Currently this project is laying things out in fairly standard ways in Java Swing, so the presence of such severe layout issues comes as a surprise to me.

Hey, well i managed to make it work even past all that layout stuff. i think i can just keep working with it even with that since its only annoying trying to go to settings etc but those are all good, also i'm so shit at pc stuf XD so whatever you said up there i diden't understand 80% of it
