Following the news for #95, the latest Varnish 6.6 has a package for Ubuntu 20.04 Focal Fossa: https://packagecloud.io/varnishcache/varnish66

Changing the variable to 6.6 solves the issue to install Varnish on Ubuntu 20:

varnish_version: "6.6"
