Reodering limit

https://wordpress.org/support/topic/reodering-limit/#post-13179901 -> The functionality is working well but on Categories with a lot of Posts the re-ordering has some issues. Starting around 17 Posts down the Posts list, the drag functionality stops allowing us to drag posts higher up the list.
