[BUG] Footer graphic bug

Footer will appear with double height unlike usual 1 line.

This problem will appear when your main content is LESSER than your left sidebar.

BUT only if your sidebar menu is with or without collapsed menus EXACTLY till your bottom line.

Describe the bug Double footer line when sidebar is till the footer

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'starter.html'
  2. Adds so menu links, until it reaches footer
  3. It depends on resolution, for me it was 16x "Simple Links"
  4. See error

Expected behavior Expected was unchanged 1-lined footer
