goes-east not working

I think this is because the GOESEast option currently uses "goes-16" as the satellite ID, but NOAA GOES-16 has recently replaced been by GOES-19.

Yep, you're right on the money. CIRA stopped updating GOES-16 data on April 7th. I'll push a fix tonight.

Right, fixed. I'll upload fresh binaries shortly (you can also build yourself, but I had to pin the project to a year-old nightly toolchain due to fimg relying on deprecated nightly features. Long-term, I'll probably just go back to slower but reliable safe code.)
