QR code not scanning for window

Hi the camera opens up on my desktop app but nothing happens when I put a barcode in front of it, however when I create the app for Android it works fine. Could you help?

Ok thanks for the quick reply. Do you think the quality of the camera affects if it can read the barcode

@mogbebs Reading barcode not only depend on camera, but also with qr/barcode as well. some scanner does not support certain barcode. If you could share me barcode, snippet or video of what you are scanning and what you are getting, that would be easier for me to check. Also mention version you are using.

No it's not. With mine the scanning window comes up but nothing happens. The red line doesn't go up and down. It's just the scanning window but nothing happens. I tried.
