Error on edit sites in wordpress / metabox.class.php on line 70

Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in C:\IIS\www\funtec-racing_de\wp-content\plugins\codestar-framework\classes\metabox.class.php on line 70

installed version Version 1.0.1.1 and 2.2.8

If i activate the 1.0.1.1 version i have this error. If i activate 2.2.8 and deactivate 1.0.1.1 the error is gone but:

if the 2.2.8 is activated, wordpress says please activate the old version... confused XD
