• Providers should get an alert that they need to claim their listing
• Providers should have an authentication process to go through so they can prove that they are who they say they are.
• Providers should have an option to claim multiple listings
• Providers should be prompted to edit their listing the first time that they log in
• Providers should be prompted to configure a regular alert so that they can be reminded to update their listings.
