Once new releases of CodeEdit will be coming coming out, the should an updater to notify the user when ever an update comes so the updater just downloads it directly from github.

An app like Sublime Text has an updater, so it just downloads the update.

Perhaps this would be a better idea once we have a downloadable alpha version?

We've used Sparkle with no issues on Xcodes.

@adsalad agreed. Per @MattKiazyk's recommendation, lets implement Sparkle after we complete #741 and get an alpha release out.

This worked as expected updating from 0.0.1 (11) to 0.0.1 (12). Should this be closed?
