Documentation for build from scratch on something that isn't xcode/Mac

"On a Mac run xcode" doesn't cut it, which is the most of what one can get out of the docs in a free minute.

Can you please elaborate a bit on what you are looking for? And also a link to where you were looking?

The release notes at https://github.com/Clozure/ccl/releases/tag/v1.13 include (IMO) decent instructions for building from scratch.
