Autogenerate settings refactor

Summary

• Moves each query to it's own file
• It is now only necessary to add a new .sql file to the directory for it to get picked up
• Puts 'Type:', 'Default:' in a table. We will replace this next with a component from design that also shows if the default changed and in which version.
• Cleans up the queries a little bit
