chDB data formats table missing some formats

The table listing supported chDB data formats is not up to date with the one here. eg. missing Form, DWARF. The tables should be the same.

These tables should be changed to have the same source of truth - ideally the system.functions table so that we don't have to manually update them in future, and risk forgetting to update one.
